License Agreement

All products from www.elementonestudios.com are sold as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by Element One. Element One is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Element One or any third parties.

Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Element One’s business, outlined on the 'About’ page. Everything else on the website is licensed to Element One, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Refund Policy

After making payment on this website you will be automatically given a download link as well as you will be sent an automatic e-mail with the download link. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at reuben@elementonestudios.com and we will work to solve the problem.

Products purchased from Element One are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded. We do however offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unhappy with your purchase please email reuben@elementonestudios.com and we’ll be able to provide a like for like replacement.
